Commercial Litigation Associate - 2-4 yrs

Entrepreneurial Commercial Litigation opportunity for a junior Associate within a highly impressive fast-growing firm. Having grown rapidly to approximately 50 attorneys over the last 10 years, this market-leading Corporate-focused firm has recently added an impressive Litigation Group to augment their services to their predominantly PE client base. This Litigation Group has initially focused on matters arising out of M & A activities, whilst also supporting portfolio companies with the full gamut of Litigation matters. However they are now looking to broaden the practice to encompass Investigations, White Collar and Anti-trust work as well as Complex Commercial litigation. The calibre of attorneys across the firm is incredibly high, with the majority having lateralled from Global Elite firms, attracted by the exceptional collegiate feel, sophistication of the work, and the mentoring and developmental culture that are in the DNA of the firm. You will need exceptional academics including attendance at a Tier 1 Law school, and 2-4 yrs experience within a leading Law firm, working on Complex Litigations. With offices in NY, LA, SF and Dallas this individual could be located in any of these cities. Hybrid working pattern and scale-paying salaries.
