Iain joined BCL in 2024 to spearhead our growth into the US Legal Market.
Having studied Law with French at Southampton University and spent several years within both the legal and General Insurance sectors, he became a recruiter in 1997. A real technician, Iain is passionate about adding tangible value to his clients, and helping plot out the careers of high calibre candidates.
Described by a client recently as “a real dealmaker”, Iain has a very straightforward and pragmatic commercial approach honed from many years advising some of the world’s leading consultancies on their key hires. He has a track record of building long relationships with his clients and candidates, many of whom have become friends.
