This role, based in Newark, is perfect for a litigator with 4-5 years of experience, ideally with a background in commercial litigation and employment law. Key Responsibilities: Handle complex litigation matters from start to finish, including discovery, depositions, and court appearances. Work on both commercial and employment litigation, advising clients and shaping case strategies. Argue motions and briefs in state and federal courts. Collaborate with colleagues and engage in business development initiatives. Qualifications: 4-5 years of litigation experience with strong case management and advocacy skills. Admitted to practice in New Jersey. Pre-trial and trial experience preferred.
