1-2 yr Litigation associate

I've just been briefed on an exciting couple of opportunities within a very well-known NY litigation boutique, looking for a 1st year and a 2nd year to join their practice. Matching Cravath for salary and bonuses, they have a tremendous reputation in high profile litigations on both the defence and plaintiff side. This is complex sophisticated work for well-known clients. Intentionally generalist in their approach they are agnostic to specialism, preferring their bench of litigators to be fully-rounded, and able to think and act on their feet. Hiring from predominantly T14 schools, the caliber of the team is top-notch, with their attorneys developing faster and getting responsibility sooner than their counterparts within BigLaw firms. This is a great opportunity to put a Bunsen-burner under your career early on, and develop quicker in an environment where you will be engaged with partners every day. I should stress these are growth roles rather than replacements.
