Associate - Complex Commercial Litigation - 5-6yrs

A prestigious national law firm is looking for a mid-senior level associate (5-6 years of experience) to join its Commercial Litigation Practice. The candidate will work on complex litigation matters for some of the firm's most prominent national clients across a variety of industries. Key Qualifications: Experience in complex commercial litigation, including business disputes, real estate lending, fiduciary litigation, contract disputes, and more. Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills. Trial experience is a plus. Prior experience with Am Law 100 firms. Experience practicing in the Commercial Division of New York Supreme Court, New York County, and the United States District Court for the Southern/Eastern Districts of New York. Admitted to practice law in New York. Ideal Traits: Strong project management skills and the ability to handle complex workloads. Effective communicator, with persuasive writing and oral advocacy abilities. Knowledge of New York CPLR, Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, and local court rules. Able to draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests with minimal supervision.
