Background in environmental law, with level-appropriate experience in key environmental statutes and regulations is required, including TSCA, FIFRA, CAA, CWA, CERCLA, RCRA, and analogous state laws and common law. Concentrated experience in environmental litigation, defense of enforcement actions, and regulatory compliance.
