Recruitment is hard!

Whoever said recruitment is easy?  BCL Legal Birmingham is busy and as a result we need to expand our team of legal recruitment consultants.  Now, you’d think that as legal recruiters we would find this process very easy bearing in mind recruiting people is what we do day in day out for our clients – wrong!  Over the last 5 months we have advertised the position and spoken to recruitment to recruitment agencies and the CV’s I’ve seen are simply not what we desire.

I specialise in recruiting for insurance litigation solicitors of all shapes and sizes across the Midlands and London region, our database includes a full range of legal candidates who are active job seekers.  This allows me to provide a short list of candidates to my client that fits their criteria as and when they need to recruit.  What a great service I hear myself saying.  We are passionate about what we do, we are quick and cost effective, that’s why we are a successful legal recruitment agency.

What this tells me is that the service we provide our clients with is worth every penny.  I am very frustrated that I can’t find a suitable person for my team and I would willingly pay somebody to take my pain away, find me the right person and save me money and time in the long run.  Is there anybody out there???
