Paralegal Recruitment

BCL Legal is a niche legal recruitment business with offices in London, Birmingham and Manchester. We supply paralegals and lawyers to law firms and in-house legal teams on both a permanent and temporary basis.

Over the last six months we have seen an increase in the number of paralegal instructions in London. The demand for high calibre, experienced paralegals has never been greater. We have received instructions from the whole spectrum of law firms ranging from City and West End boutiques to Magic Circle and US firms.

The areas of law that have kept us most busy have been corporate, banking, employment and litigation. As would be expected, the majority of firms have been seeking applications from candidates with stellar academics and solid legal experience, however, in market conditions where candidates are in high demand, law firms have recruited outside of the box and those with less than six months experience have been considered for many roles.

We would be delighted to hear from you if you are seeking a paralegal role in London. The one criteria that we look for is that candidates have completed LPC or BPTC.
