First time buyer?
My completion date has finally arrived to say that I am excited is an understatement, this is something I have been working towards for the last 4 years and it’s my first house and feeling very proud. Am I scared? Yes, will I eat beans on toast every night? Most likely. It’s a strange one because as much as I am looking forward to starting a new chapter of my life, there is anxiety and worry as it’s time to grow up and pay a mortgage .
I feel like I have been waiting for this moment for what feels like a life time. Going through this process has really made me think more about the candidates that I place and help to secure new roles. My conveyancer has been fantastic, always in contact answering any questions that I had and working late so I was able to sign important documents. In fact, he did what I do with my candidates, always in contact, being available to speak after work and informing them when there is an update.
Recruitment really is a two way process and so is buying a house you expect updates, you want results and time is of the essence. At BCL we offer confidential advice and help conveyancers/ conveyancing assistants across all levels to secure new opportunities. It is my job to be flexible for you and when you do secure a new role to stay in contact and build long lasting relationships and support you through your new venture.
If you would like some further information on the conveyancing market and how we can help you then please get in touch with us on 0113 323 4904 and I will keep you updated on how the move goes.
