First impressions count

I recently joined BCL Legal after having spent almost four years in Graduate Recruitment. My experience in recruitment has already given me insight in different markets, I have gained and I am gaining new and valuable experience of meeting candidate’s and clients expectations. I always enjoyed my role in Graduate Recruitment however I was certainly ready for the next step.

BCL Legal is very different from what I have been doing. Every day I get better at understanding my clients and candidate’s requirements. I enjoy the fast paced environment, the people I work with and the relationships I get to build each day. Each candidate has a different story to tell and each client has different requirements, which I very much enjoy fulfilling.

I am already in my fourth week at BCL Legal- time flies when you’re having fun! I am ready for the challenge, arranging my first interviews in my second week with many more in the pipeline. I am enjoying the continuous training and I am learning a whole new skill set. The core values that BCL Legal have and the working environment is great, I can see why BCL Legal are a leader in their specialist market. I have a vibrant team around me and lots of support is given. I really am looking forward to my future at BCL and growing within the business.
