Christmas is coming…

So at the time of writing this, there are 85 days till Christmas Day! This thought fills me with both dread and excitement! I have 2 small children so it really is a magical time of year with them however whilst managing my day job here at BCL Legal and aspiring to be Mum of the Year in my spare time, I also become a woman on a mission madly writing list after list of what is needed in the Lack household in preparation for the man in red and the big day!

Whilst Xmas is the ultimate be all and end all for anyone under 8, normal every day life continues for the rest of us and we have certainly seen no let up in the number of firms looking to recruit. Come the beginning of December however, partners and HR professional’s diaries will be packed out with recruitment being way down the list of their priorities.
