Calling all recruitment consultants. - Why would you want to work anywhere else except BCL Legal?

What if I told you that you could join one of the best small companies in the UK, based on employee satisfaction?

What if I told you that you could work in one of that businesses best performing offices for employee satisfaction?

What if I told you that there would be no KPI’s and that any metrics you work to are self set?

What if I told you that despite this, the team you would be joining are arguably the biggest and most successful in the legal market place in Birmingham?

Imagine a recruitment role where you do not need to make pointless business development calls, because you would be given a desk where you are already on the preferred supplier lists of all the major clients.

Now imagine that the business doesn’t need you to make pointless headhunting phone calls and doesn’t need you to randomly message people on LinkedIn because they have a candidate generation platform that is second to none and that allows you to work in a completely contingent fashion.

What if there were a team of people dedicated to ensuring that the database is properly coded and regularly updated? If you search for candidates you will find them, if you send a mailshot to clients it will only go to the right ones.

What if you only had to write the text for the mailshots – someone else would send them?

What about if you didn’t need to add CV’s to the database and didn’t need to format them. Someone else does them for you quickly and efficiently?

Whilst we are on the subject, how about if someone else put your adverts onto external sites for you?

Now imagine joining a business that believes in managing people as individuals. What about if your manager is trained to alter their approach and style to suit you? Has your manager ever said it was their fault when something went wrong on your desk?

How about if there was a company that has a structured training and development plan, as well as clear career progression pathways? What about if they had ambitious growth plans that would provide lots of opportunity for career development.

What else is on the wish list? Investment in technology, innovative solutions, a management team that is accountable and takes responsibility for staying ahead of the competition.

What about if all of this is actually real? If such a recruitment company actually existed? Why would you want to work anywhere else?
