Residential conveyancing transactions increased 12% in 2013 and forecasted for much the same in 2014. We are working with the leading residential conveyancing firm and the first business to gain an ABS licence in the UK. This organisation completes a conveyancing transaction every three minutes and currently handles over 37,000 cases. Their goal is to handle 100,000 by 2016. The business is looking to add 98 staff to its Manchester city centre operation this year. By the end of next year they are aiming to have an office of over 300 staff. The business offers an intensive training course in their own Training Academy which is regulated to provide the Cilex or licensed conveyancing qualification. After six to eight weeks you will be working as part of the conveyancing team handling live files and working with clients who need your support and a great service at a potentially stressful time in their lives.
