Are there real estate solicitor jobs in London?

It’s fair to say that the past year has been a game-changer when it comes to the legal recruitment market in London – particularly so in relation to real estate. Twelve months ago we saw a huge demand in recruitment within the real estate legal sector – which seemed to slow down quite dramatically post-referendum result. However, if you’re a real estate solicitor considering a move to a London firm then please don’t think that all is lost! There has been a noticeable increase in roles since the beginning of 2017 and, with my focus being wholly real estate solicitor vacancies within London, I feel very well placed to assist you through this process.

To sum up the London real estate legal market at present – my best advice to you is don’t limit your options! Many candidates begin speaking with us on the basis that they will only look at a particular type of firm – but if you have decided that the time is right to move then I can only recommend that you fully explore the options available to you at that time. We all know what we like and the type of environment that we will thrive in – but how can we gauge that only certain firms will be right for us just because we have heard their names/they have really sharp websites?! I have noticed an increase in instructions from smaller City and West-End firms – and I would consider these to be exciting as in many instances the hiring is due to team growth – a very good sign given market conditions.
