A Positive Attitude

I know this is something which we all hear and at times just dismiss as we think, “it’s easy for you to say, I’m having a bad day…” but recently I attended a seminar on positivity and leadership and it has really made me think…!

I have never heard of this guy Marcus Child before and so didn’t really give it much thought as I didn’t know what to expect, but after listening to him for an hour I was hooked.

He spoke about this subject in great detail with lots of little anecdotes to prove his theories ( which I personally love as I’m so nosey)!! He spoke about your working environment and how negative people can really affect you and how you work. If you have never given this a thought I would really encourage you to go to one of his seminars.

As a recruiter it can be really hard to stay positive and overcome obstacles when you’re having a bad day and remain positive and keep pushing forward so it really made me stop and think about how I act when I feel like I’m wading through mud!
