Corporate Solicitor | Southampton | National law firm | £55,000 - £70,000 Our national law firm client are seeking an Associate/Senior Associate to join their Corporate team in Southampton, handling a broad range of mergers & acquisitions and corporate finance transactions. You will be working with colleagues locally and nationally for a wide range of clients including many private companies and their owners in relation to M&A, equity funding and general corporate structuring work. You will also have the opportunity to be involved in larger deals acting for large national or international businesses. As a national corporate practice there is a good level of interaction and team working between their offices providing additional opportunities to develop your skills and experience. You'll be joining a national law firm that enjoys a strong reputation. In Southampton, you will be joining five Partners, a Senior Associate, an Associate, a Solicitor and further support staff.
