The firm are consistently recognised as a high-ranking law firm in the Legal 500 and are looking to grow their team with an NQ-4PQE Commercial Property Solicitor. Day to day the successful candidate will be: · Handling a diverse caseload of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and landlord & tenant matters · Assisting with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating leases, licences, and agreements for lease · Advising clients on property aspects of corporate transactions, including share and asset sales · Conducting due diligence, including reviewing title documents, searches, and enquiries · Assisting with secured lending and real estate finance transactions.
