The firm are seeking a Solicitor or Legal Executive with 2+ years of post-qualification experience who has a genuine interest in Court of Protection work who is keen to join an established and thriving team. For the right candidate, they would also consider a Senior Paralegal for this position. Responsibilities: *Assisting the team with managing high-value deputyships and private trust cases, ensuring clients' best interests are always prioritised. *Preparing and submitting various types of applications to the Court of Protection. *Assisting in the purchase of properties and adapting them to meet the specific needs of clients, coordinating with surveyors, architects, and other specialists. *Managing clients' budgets and monitoring investments.
