Private Client Solicitor | International law firm | Guildford | £70,000 - £83,000 BCL Legal are working with an international law firm client to help recruit an ambitious Private Client Solicitor to their Tier 1 team in Guildford. You will be joining a large and specialised team, working across various jurisdictions including the UK, US, middle, and far east, covering work for exclusively high and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, based in both the UK and abroad. The role: · As a Private Client Associate within the team, you can expect to undertake a broad range of work with a supportive collegiate department. · The firm are looking for someone capable of developing into a trusted advisor to their biggest clients. · The work involved will include advising on advisory private client matters, such as drafting wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, advising on trusts, and advising on inheritance tax planning. · You will be servicing a client base that consists exclusively of clients possessing overseas businesses, owning luxury assets, as well as landed estates.
