This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded Contested Wills, Trusts and Inheritance Disputes team. The team and individual members are recognised in both Chambers and the Legal 500 for their expertise and the quality of their work, with several cases reported in the national press. The team cover a variety of work including: *Challenges to the validity of Wills including issues of capacity, undue influence, lack of knowledge and approval, fraudulent calumny, execution and revocation *Claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants Act) 1975 *Claims to recover lifetime gifts *Removal of Trustees and Executors *Proprietary Estoppel claims *Constructive Trust claims under the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996 including property related cohabitation disputes. The Oxford Private Client team has now grown to 25 specialist lawyers and they have also taken on a new hire at the end of last year.
