Employment Solicitor | Regional law firm | Reading | £70,000 - £85,000 Our well-regarded regional law firm client are seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join their growing team in Reading. The firms Employment team is ranked in Tier 1 by Legal 500. Its partners are recognised as experts in their field. They are now looking for a Senior Associate to join and work on a mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters. The team advises clients in a wide variety of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including human resources support, providing employment support for mergers, acquisitions, and disposals, employment tribunal litigation and negotiating and drafting executive service contracts. The ideal candidate will be be experienced in Employment Tribunal and Employment Appeal Tribunal litigation. You will also be experienced in providing employment law support to corporate transactions including the conduct of due diligence exercises, the application of TUPE, and advising on warranties and indemnities in sale documentation.
