You will support senior partners on significant residential development matters while managing your own caseload under supervision. Key responsibilities include: · Assisting with large-scale, high-value land acquisitions for residential development · Conducting title investigations, due diligence, and interpreting search results · Working on strategic option agreements, promotion agreements, consortium agreements, and regeneration projects · Collaborating on complex agreements with local authorities and developers · Handling a diverse range of residential development matters for major national housebuilders.
