Our leading national law firm client are seeking an Associate/ Senior Associate to join their growing corporate team. The candidate can be based in across their Southampton, Guildford, Plymouth or Exeter offices on a hybrid basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work as part of an innovative and collaborative team, with a focus on supporting Strategic Corporate clients on all elements of their Group Development including designing and delivering bespoke acquisition and disposal programs, associated restructurings, and wider related work.
