The firm are looking for a newly qualified / junior Real Estate Solicitor who has trained at another recognised law firm and will have undertaken at least one seat in the specified practice area during the course of their training contract. The successful NQ will undertake a mix of work including sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold), landlord and tenant matters, lending/re-finance (personal and corporate) for borrowers and lenders and giving advice on property aspects of corporate transactions.
