The team provides a comprehensive range of services, encompassing: Landlord and Tenant Acquisitions and Disposals Residential and Commercial Development Secured Lending HMOs and Residential Investment Asset Management The successful candidate will have a sound knowledge of commercial property law and be capable of managing their own caseload, in a wide range of cases including but not limited to commercial leases, sales and purchases, development work and secured lending.
