Commercial Solicitor - Leading law firm - Southampton Our leading law firm client are seeking an experienced Commercial Solicitor at Senior Associate/Partner level to join their growing team in Southampton. The firm are featured in The Times' Best Law Firms 2024 list, and consistently achieve recognition for the quality of their services in the Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners, including recognition for its Commercial, IT and Intellectual Property work. The Commercial team advises a wide range of clients, from SMEs through to larger PLC clients including drafting, reviewing, and negotiation of complex commercial and technology agreements, business terms and advice relating to software development and licensing, or Software as a Service (SaaS) and outsourcing agreements. A lot of the clients that the team work with operate within the technology space, and therefore they regularly act on matters concerning the protection and exploitation of IP and GDPR/data protection law. This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Commercial Solicitor to join the team as a Senior Associate and be provided with the ongoing training, development, and support necessary for them to progress towards joining the Partnership.
