NQ Real Estate Solicitor | Legal 500 law firm | Reading BCL Legal are currently working with a well-regarded law firm in Reading to recruit an ambitious NQ-4PQE Solicitor to join their Real Estate team and specialise in Agricultural & Rural Property work. The role offers a significant level of variety and interest. You will work across a range of work-types, which will include more traditional agricultural property work along with assisting clients with all manner of diversification projects. Clients will span many areas to attract your interest and you will advise and assist on a wide range of matters connected with rural land including sales and acquisitions of agricultural land and buildings, drafting overage provisions, farm-related tenancy issues including succession rights and surrenders, wayleaves and easements, property development/investment work, renewable energy projects and more. You may, from time to time, also get involved in supporting the wider commercial property team. You will receive good supervision and training, with the opportunity in time to build a name for yourself in a rewarding and specialist discipline. The team will encourage you to get involved in business development opportunities as part of the team and firm generally.
