Planning Solicitor - Southampton Our well-established law firm client are seeking an experienced Planning Solicitor to join their busy Chambers ranked Planning and Infrastructure team, based in their Southampton office on a hybrid basis. You will be managing a caseload including a varied range of planning practice. It will be primarily focused on non-contentious matters, such as strategic decision-making and advice, drafting and negotiating planning obligations and planning due diligence, for a range of mainly developer clients, but you will also have the opportunity to assist in developing the team's burgeoning natural capital practice.
