In house Legal Counsel

THE BUSINESS Outstanding in-house legal counsel opportunity with an instantly recognisable brand name. The legal team is extensive and high calibre, the offices based in central Leeds, and flexible working practices are available. THE ROLE The team is currently looking for a commercial lawyer with a strong skill set to undertake a broad role with a strong technology flavour. You might get involved in contracts related to IT, SaaS, logistics, e-commerce and information technology. You might also get involved in other matters such as corporate, property and data protection law, but the immediate focus is strongly technological in nature. ABOUT YOU You'll be an individual who relishes the challenge of the new, as no two days are the same. You'll probably have commercial experience equivalent to 1-4 years pqe, you'll have a strong academic record and training from a recognised commercial law firm or in house legal department. You'll also need exceptional communication skills as you'll be working with senior managers across the business, and a commercial practical approach to problem solving.
