Capital Markets - Senior Associate

An elite level New York law firm is looking for a Senior Associate to join its Capital Markets team. This role offers the chance to work on complex financial transactions for major institutions, with a particular focus on structured finance and asset-backed lending. I'm seeking an attorney with at least five years of experience handling repo agreements, securitization, loan-on-loan structures, structured products, and asset-backed lending, ideally in corporate and real estate finance. Familiarity with CRE CLO transactions is beneficial but not essential.
