We're seeking a talented Capital Markets Associate to join our clients New York corporate practice group. In this role, you'll handle high-profile capital markets transactions and public company issues, with a focus on tender offers and liability management transactions. You'll work with a global client base that includes public and private companies, investors, and boards of directors.
