Salary: £70-90,000+

This prestigious firm is seeking a dedicated and experienced Head of Department to join their Private Client Team.
Role Overview:
As a Director in the Private Client Team, you will play a pivotal role in the firm's success.
Your responsibilities will include:
Business Development: Drive the growth and success of the Private Client Team through strategic business development initiatives.
Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of junior solicitors, ensuring their professional growth and the delivery of high-quality service.
Fee Earning: Manage a diverse caseload, providing expert advice and services to high-net-worth individuals and families.
Requirements:
Minimum of 6 years PQE as a Private Client Solicitor.
Proven experience in managing and mentoring junior team members.
Strong business development skills with a passion for growing the practice.
Commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
