Role and Responsibilities:
As an NQ Agricultural and Estates Solicitor, you will:
- Provide expert legal advice on a wide range of agricultural matters including farm sales and purchases, tenancy issues, and agricultural subsidies.
- Assist clients with estate management issues, including succession planning, tax implications, and land use.
- Draft and negotiate legal documents such as leases, contracts, and agreements.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated with changes in agricultural and estate law.
- Work closely with a team of experienced solicitors, gaining invaluable mentorship and support.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service delivery.
Candidate Requirements: -
- Newly qualified solicitor (NQ) in England and Wales.
- Strong academic background and legal training from a reputable firm.
- Demonstrated interest or experience in agricultural and estates law.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload with attention to detail and efficiency.
- Proactive, with a keen interest in business development and networking.
