Commercial Disputes Solicitor
BCL Legal are working with a highly regarded Legal 500 firm that is seeking a talented and motivated Dispute Resolution Lawyer to join their dynamic team for their office in Buckinghamshire.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on a wide variety of complex disputes, including commercial, contractual, and professional negligence matters, while engaging with high-profile clients across multiple sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload of dispute resolution matters, including commercial, contractual, professional negligence, and property disputes.
- Advise clients on all aspects of dispute resolution, including pre-action strategy, mediation, arbitration, and litigation.
- Draft and review legal documents such as pleadings, witness statements, and settlement agreements.
- Conduct in-depth legal research to support case preparation and strategy development.
- Represent clients in court, arbitration, and mediation proceedings when required.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, delivering exceptional service and tailored advice.
- Collaborate with team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.
Candidate Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with a minimum of 2 years PQE in dispute resolution or litigation.
- Strong experience managing a broad range of disputes, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record of providing practical, commercially sound advice to clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
