This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Associate or Legal Director looking to step into a high-performing team within a well-resourced, full-service firm. The Role: - You will be involved in a wide range of complex and high-value commercial property matters including: - Conditional and unconditional acquisitions and disposals - Portfolio sales, acquisitions, and ongoing asset management - Landlord and tenant matters (leases, surrenders, agreements for lease, licences etc.) - Secured lending for both lenders and borrowers - Supporting the corporate team on real estate aspects of M&A transactions - Mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to business development The Firm: Our client is a respected and forward-thinking firm with offices across the UK.
