Key Responsibilities: - Draft and negotiate leases, rent deposit deeds, licences to underlet/alter, and farm business tenancies. - Handle sales and purchases of commercial property. - Manage a mix of complex and routine transactions, gaining exposure to a variety of matters. - Provide clear, practical legal advice and manage your own caseload About You: - Qualified Solicitor with 1+ year PQE in Commercial Property law. - Experience or strong interest in agriculture, rural, or landed estates law. - Strong communication, organisational, and team-working skills. - Commercially aware and eager to develop your career in a growing firm.
