Key Responsibilities:
As a Banking & Finance Lawyer (1-3 PQE) based in London, you will work across a variety of areas within banking and property finance. You will advise clients on a wide range of financing transactions, including real estate finance, corporate finance, and refinancing deals. Key responsibilities will include:
Advising clients on the structuring and negotiation of financing arrangements for real estate transactions, including senior debt, mezzanine finance, and joint venture structures.
Working on cross-border financing deals involving international property investments and developments.
Assisting clients with the restructuring of existing financing arrangements and advising on risk management.
Supporting clients in navigating regulatory requirements and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Drafting and negotiating loan agreements, security documents, and intercreditor agreements, among other key documentation.
