Family Solicitor | 1-3PQE | Essex BCL Legal is working with a well-established, Legal 500 regional law firm, seeking a Family Solicitor for their Essex office to support the growth of their Family Law service. The Role: The firm is looking to recruit a Family Solicitor to join their team in Essex and play a key role in expanding their Family Law offering. The successful candidate will work alongside the firm's existing Family Law team, advising clients on a wide range of family and relationship matters, including Divorce, Separation, Relationship Agreements, Children's matters, Domestic Abuse, and Financial Settlements. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering expert legal advice while maintaining high service levels for clients. The role involves managing a caseload independently, with support available from experienced team members when required. As the firm continues its growth, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to build their personal reputation as a Family Law specialist in the region, contributing to the firm's overall success. Experience Required: The role is suited to a Family Solicitor with at least 1-3 years PQE, and the following skills and experience: Solid understanding of financial remedies Experience working in Divorce, Financial, Unmarried Couples & Property Disputes, and Children's matters Experience advising clients on consent orders Ability to manage a caseload independently, with support from the team when necessary What's on Offer?
