Senior Associate - Commercial Real Estate - National law firm Location: Essex (Hybrid working available) BCL Legal is working with a leading national law firm to recruit a Senior Associate (4+ PQE) to join it's highly regarded Commercial Real Estate team in Essex. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented lawyer to work on complex transactions for a diverse range of clients, including private and public sector organisations, as well as high-net-worth individuals. Key Responsibilities: Handling conditional and unconditional acquisitions and disposals. Managing portfolio acquisitions, disposals, and leases. Advising on secured lending transactions for both lenders and borrowers. Supporting clients across all stages of lease negotiations, surrenders, and management matters. Collaborating with the corporate team on real estate aspects of share and asset sales. Contributing to business development and maintaining strong client relationships. The Ideal Candidate: 4+ years PQE with a strong background in commercial property law. Experience in landlord and tenant matters, secured lending, and property support in corporate transactions. Strong commercial and analytical skills to provide practical legal advice. Leadership capabilities to supervise junior team members and contribute to team development.
