This practice is seeking a Private Client Lawyer to join their highly regarded Private Client team. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a varied caseload of private client matters, including wills, probate, estate planning, and trusts. - Advise clients on inheritance tax planning and wealth management. - Draft legal documents such as wills, powers of attorney, and trust deeds. - Handle the administration of estates, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. - Provide exceptional client service, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction. - Collaborate with colleagues across departments to deliver comprehensive legal solutions. Requirements: - A minimum of 1 years PQE as a Private Client Solicitor. - Exposure to HNW clients, taxable estates and trusts. - Attention to detail and the ability to manage a busy caseload. - Strong research, analytical, and drafting skills.
