The successful candidate will manage a caseload that includes complex financial settlements, child-related issues, and high-net-worth divorce proceedings. The firm's Family team handles some of the most challenging and high-profile cases in the sector, providing the successful candidate with the chance to work on cases that truly make an impact. The work includes, but is not limited to: - Advising on complex financial matters, including asset division, spousal maintenance, and pensions - Handling high-net-worth divorce and separation cases, often with international elements - Representing clients in disputes over child custody, residence, and contact arrangements - Providing sensitive and strategic advice to clients during highly emotional and difficult circumstances - Working closely with other departments, including Private Client, Corporate, and Litigation, to offer a holistic service to clients Quality of Work: The firm is known for its exceptional quality of work, and this role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of challenging and high-profile cases.
