Commercial Litigation Solicitor BCL Legal is working with a well-respected law firm located in Hertfordshire, recognised in the Legal 500 and Chambers. The firm's Commercial & Property Litigation team serves large companies and high-net-worth clients. Due to expansion, they are looking for a Solicitor with at least 4 years PQE. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team and manage a variety of interesting and complex cases.Candidates should be familiar with different types of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) and have the ability to work collaboratively while focusing on client needs. The ideal applicant will be professional, motivated, and enthusiastic, with strong communication and IT skills. They will also play a role in business development and marketing, contributing by delivering seminars, writing articles, and attending networking events.
