The Employment Department are on the lookout for an experienced Employment Solicitor with 3-7 years PQE to join their dynamic Employment team for their office in Cambridge. The Role: This is a fantastic opportunity for a an Employment Lawyer to become part of a collaborative team dedicated to delivering exceptional employment law services. In this role, you will work closely with experienced partners and a skilled team, providing comprehensive legal advice to a wide range of employers in the commercial sector. Key responsibilities will include: - Advising on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. - Engaging in business development activities to enhance the firm's practice in the region. - Representing clients across diverse sectors, including education and government, and occasionally assisting employees. Some previous experience of providing employment law support to corporate transactions, including drafting contracts, settlement agreements and undertaking due diligence is desirable.
