Employment Solicitor BCL Legal are working with a highly regarded national law firm who are recruiting for an Employment Solicitor to join a rapidly expanding Employment Team in Chelmsford, as a Senior Associate. The Role: You will join a well-established Employment Team known for its expertise in both contentious and non-contentious employment law. Work: The team provides a full range of employment law services, including advisory work on complex boardroom disputes, severance claims, and employment litigation. You'll have the opportunity to work with a variety of sectors such as education, insurance, construction, and agriculture, handling matters ranging from drafting service agreements and contracts to advising on unfair dismissal and discrimination cases. Candidate Requirements: An experienced employment solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' PQE, ideally gained from a well-regarded firm. Expertise across general employment law matters, including TUPE, redundancies, wrongful dismissal, and corporate transactional support. Strong commercial awareness, able to deliver practical, client-focused advice. A commitment to business development and involvement in networking, pitching, and client events.
