As part of its ongoing growth and expansion, the firm is looking for a talented Property Litigation Solicitor to join its experienced Dispute Resolution team. The Role: The Property Litigation Solicitor will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of property disputes, working with clients on complex and high-value matters. The role involves handling a broad spectrum of property litigation issues, including landlord and tenant disputes, boundary issues, rights of way, and other property-related conflicts. Key Responsibilities: - Managing a diverse caseload of property litigation matters, including residential and commercial disputes. - Providing strategic and practical legal advice on property-related conflicts. - Handling cases from initial instruction through to resolution, including negotiation, mediation, and court proceedings. - Drafting legal documents, such as pleadings, witness statements, and settlement agreements. -Building and maintaining strong client relationships through effective communication and a proactive approach. - Working collaboratively with other departments to deliver comprehensive legal solutions. Key Requirements: - Qualified Solicitor with experience in property litigation. - Proven track record in managing property dispute cases independently. - Excellent advocacy, negotiation, and communication skills. - Strong analytical skills with great attention to detail. - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
