The Role: As an experienced Private Client Solicitor with significant experience, you will be responsible for handling a broad range of private client matters, including: - Estate planning, tax mitigation, and succession advice - Drafting wills, LPAs, and trusts - Advising on probate and estate administration - Supporting high-net-worth individuals and families with complex, multi-jurisdictional estate issues - Collaborating with clients to deliver bespoke solutions tailored to their individual needs - You'll take ownership of a caseload that will see you working with a wide range of clients, from long-standing individuals to new referrals.
