NQ Solicitor - Family Department BCL Legal are working with a highly regarded and award winning firm based within Hertfordshire who are recruiting for a newly qualified Solicitor for their Family department. The team are highly recognised within the Legal 500 and UK Chambers. Key Responsibilities: Manage a diverse caseload of family law matters, including divorce, financial remedies, and child arrangements. Provide expert legal advice to clients with sensitivity and professionalism. Draft legal documents and correspondence related to family law cases. Represent clients in court and during negotiations, advocating effectively on their behalf. Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the ongoing development of the Family Law department. Qualifications and Skills: NQ Solicitor in England & Wales with experience in this area. Strong understanding of family law principles and procedures.
