The Role As a Corporate Associate/Senior Associate, you would: - Have the opportunity to work with a modern and forward thinking firm. - Have the opportunity to work alongside a strong and dynamic team. - Work on a varied case load such as ; business reorganization, TUPE, collective consultations, internal investigations, disciplinary hearings, breach of fiduciary duties, board disputes, dismissals, discrimination, whistleblowing, bonus and other contract disputes related to post-termination restrictions, team moves, diversion of business opportunities and partnership agreements. The Candidate To be successful in your application for this vacancy, you will have: - A minimum of 5 years' PQE. - A good level of Employment experience. - A high attention to detail to produce work/documentation which is to a high standard. - An interest in and aptitude for business development. - A good teamwork ethic.
