Commercial Property Solicitor | Bishop's Stortford | Regional Firm BCL Legal is working with a regional law firm to recruit a Solicitor or Senior Associate for their Commercial Property team in Bishop's Stortford. This role involves managing a broad range of commercial property matters, including leases, land acquisitions, property disposals, and refinancing. Key Responsibilities: - Preparing leases, sub-leases, and other landlord-tenant documents. - Advising on land acquisitions and disposals, including agricultural and development land. - Handling refinancing and loan documentation. - Supporting renewable energy projects like solar and wind farms. - Assisting senior team members with complex cases. Requirements: - Qualified solicitor with 3+ years PQE in commercial property. - Strong experience in landlord-tenant issues, land acquisitions, and property finance. - Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
