Construction Solicitor - Senior Associate BCL Legal are working with a global law firm who are seeking a Construction Solicitor to join their non-contentious construction international team based in Cambridge as a Senior Associate. This role involves advising on major infrastructure and development projects, drafting and negotiating contracts, and providing strategic advice to clients. Key Responsibilities: Advising on large-scale construction projects Drafting and negotiating construction contracts Providing strategic and commercial advice Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team Requirements: Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 4 years PQE with significant experience in non-contentious construction law Strong understanding of construction contracts and transactions (particularly infrastructure projects), with the ability to understand complex legal arguments and subtle interpretation differences and to explain the law clearly and concisely.
